I am still fat af! But not as fat as my last post!!!<br />
January 1st 2019 me and my (New husband) went Keto! We ate great for over 5 months and yall know me I didnt lose shit! My husband Wes lost over 50lbs in just the first couple of months! Boy is he a sexy beast of a man!!! I've always loved big guys but he just gets sexier by the day. I'm so blessed yall!!<br />

Hoping to start back on our diet soon. I hate being off and eating junk when we where doing so well! I have officially lost over 100lbs according to my fitness pal. I started MFP in 2008 at 367. Definitely not my highest weight, which I think was in the 420's. I'll post a pic. So ya I'm sitting at 263 right now and that's great from where I started but I still feel like a whale of a whale. 😂<br />

Why is everytime I get closer to being out of the 300"s I binge till I get back to my starting weight? I feel like a whale! I'm still down to 314 from 329 but I feel heavier than ever! </p>
<p dir="ltr">I've been eating kinda paleo for like 3 or 4 months. I don't think I'll ever go back to eating crap again. I just have this awesome mind set that its just not gonna happen. Kinda like when I quit soda and tea and cigarettes. </p>
<p dir="ltr">My exercising is crap!! I'm doing good in the gym but it's getting to the gym... Even if I say I'm going to go I just never get there. I'm getting a lot better at running on the treadmill!! Getting up to 6 mph!!!!</p>
<p dir="ltr">I need to set goals and stick with them. I really need to get my head together and take my meds every single day! MFP needs to become my best friend!</p>

Well It's been a minute! I'm still fat and living my life on the scales! Im doing a low carb/paleo/starving diet! :-) Ive been stuck at 330 for awhile, down to 312 in the last 42 days i've been dieting. All I have to say is, I'm HUNGRY!!!! lol<br />

I wish I was like other ppl who could go on a diet and lose weight with just a little change. Not me Between my PCOS, T2 Diabetes, and my thyroid I don't have it as easy. All 3 of those diagnoses make ppl gain weight. :-( I just want to be a normal person. Without all the health issues and obstacles. <br />

I did determine that I am indeed a food addict and I have cut out all foods that exasperate those symptoms. I made a pact that I would cut them out forever which is scary to say that!!! To never have bread? To never have sugar? WOW thats scary stuff!<br />

I'm not as hungry all the time but i'm still hungry a lot especially as i'm taking my meds that reduce my appetite! They also make me calm and not so bitchy! lol SO I'm doing good on that front. I also got my water down pact years ago now! It's all I drink. Here is a few recent picture's of me.<br />

My weight was back up this a.m. To 336, although I did not eat much yesterday. I did have some cheese just because I was hungry and wanting a snack. I need to hit up the store for a lot of meat and veggies. I will cook meat for me and a relaxed Paleo type diet for my kids.<br />

I have been walking on my treadmill every day a quarter of a mile in 5 min about a 3mph pace. Thank gosh the dang thing can hold my fat butt! lol Its weight limit is 275lbs! woops! My kids use it a lot also! I<br />

I got my treadmill off a facebook yard sale website. She wanted 150 obo I offered $50 and because she did not know how to use it she said I could have it for $30. Score! They still sell it at overstock.com for around 550 I think it was. I love the fact that it folds up!<br />

My weight this a.m. is 333lbs!!! Back to were I started from a few weeks ago now. My husband says I look like I have lost weight! He is so sweet. Last time I did No Carb I started at 317lbs and got down to 303lbs before it had crept back up to 318lbs when I quit.<br />

Eating a high fat high carb diet was no fun. It was guilt every time I put something in my mouth or in my cart at the grocery store. I would come up with an excuse for if someone where to see me with what I call NON real food. It was doing something wrong all the time, It did not feel to good.<br />
<br />
So basically I gained 15lbs in just a few months in-between my no carb diets. All I want in this world right now is to get below 300lbs. I wanna see that 299lbs. I know it dont seem like a big goal but for me it is huge. My husbands never even seen me under 300lbs and I for one thank it is time he does. </div>

I came to update my blog and found all my pictures gone. Not sure I want to continue to use blogger. Those pictures mean a great deal to me. I was really documenting my life in a way. My other blog had years of pictures I am so sad!<br />

I did do my no carb diet for a total of 2 months. I gave up because I never lost any weight. 3 months later I am back on the wagon. I am trying to say I do not care about the weight loss this time I just want to feel good again. Which is true but 2 weeks in and I have gained 6 pounds that is hard right their. But I have this fabulous energy and my keto stick is dark purple I still feel kinda funky but I am getting better by the day I think. I have been having bad mood swings today I was in a rage for a good bit and ppl driving really pissed me off. especially when I am trying to get over and they speed up to block me that is rude! I could understand if I was trying to cut line or something but That happen twice to me today and I was so mad I just got over anyway and put my brakes on.<br />

Even though I haven't cheated I am still stuck weight loss wise @ 2lbs! Oh so frustrating it has been a month and nothing scale or size wise! I am almost ok with this although I have had a few moments of "what for" I have had cravings with these moments. Thoughts of carb binge-ing. Also smoking cravings, I just think why be so good if Its not helping!<br />

I feel good, is this not something? It is. It is a big something, but when You are 315lbs and "should" be losing huge pounds every week, that gets pushed in a corner for that self pity moment.<br />
<br />
I do feel good I have had a few dizzy spells but other than that I have been fine. I am not loaded with energy or anything. I just feel fine.<br />

I am on day 18 and I have gained all the weight back but 2 pounds! I have not one good reason why I have gained weight. I have stuck to my diet, so that is not why. I will continue on my diet and hopefully will find the missing link. I know I could eat a bit less. I also eat a lot of fat but I had read that was a good thing with low carb. I am hoping I am not one of those freaks that can only lose weight with a low fat diet! Wouldn't that be awful!<br />

Getting on the scale lately has been a emotional roller coaster! I have huge mixed feelings when it comes to stepping on that "thing"! I am not giving up. I am not giving in. I am gonna keep going!<br />

What is so hard is my discouragement equals big cravings. I feel like I am fighting for my life and I actually am it is just to bad I have to fight myself. I wish life was a lil easier. Anyone else feel like a big douche for wishing for stuff like that when their are ppl out there so much worse off. I never do that but today I am.<br />

I am doing great! My total weight loss in the last 2 weeks is 7lbs! I am fine with that as long as I keep going in the same direction! Down! I went grocery shopping today, I realize it is not anymore expensive to buy just meat and veggies and a lil fruit as it was to buy all the "junk" I was buying. I am really excited to feed my family the Paleo way.<br />

One got Ice cream and one got a corn dog. Not very Paleo but we had a great time and I got lots of sun and exercise.<br />

I think for the most part I keep making the right decisions for me, because I am learning so much about this way of eating. I love it and I just crave all the vast info out their. It is so empowering to know what I am putting in my body!<br />

If I cant lose weight with vlc (very low carb) I not gonna do much better with Paleo I don't think. But if after another week or so I am not dropping the pounds I will move on to that.<br />

In the mean time I am feeding my kids the Paleo diet. The last two day we have had Skinless boneless baked chicken Brest, on half the plate and broccoli and Brussels on the other.<br />
<br />
Weird side effect of VLC is I have been having dreams, I have never been able to dream. Not only am I having them but I am also remembering them, so that shows me I have more mental clarity.<br />

So I um have gained weight? I kinda knew it would happen but I really thought it would be a pound or two not 7! But I am drinking lots of water and I am not eating carbs! Well not many carbs, usually under 10 a day. So to recap I lost 12 and gained back 7 in week one. I got on the scale this morning to see I had magically lost 5 pounds over night! So Back at 10lb loss this week not shabby!<br />

My diabetes is Off the charts better than it was I am in the 140 range when "before" (I think ill be saying this a lot :-) it was around 350's. So one of the side effects of dropping blood sugar like that is loss of vision. This is not good in any way I am scared out my damn mind. I have on 3.50 reading glasses, I cant see and details my computer is set to 175 zoom. In the past when this has happened (never this bad) It has gotten better with time. And I hope and pray to god, Really pray with everything I have this gets a lest a lil better.</div>

I am just to the point were I am ready for this weight to start falling off! I know I need to exercise but my energy aint their yet, I still feel a lil off. My cravings are getting a lil worse I think. Could be my own falt, I had my biggest craving today day 8. I went to Sonic "The drink stop" were I used to go everyday for a large coke and man oh man did the coke look good in the picture! I was panting. I rember the taste and the feel of a fresh coke. Well day 3 really started off good so far I was thirsty and just a lil bit hungry. I actually turned a corner last night about 8 P.M. I was able to drink a whole glass of water and had 3 pieces of cheese. When I woke up this morning I grilled a couple of pork-chops to get me threw the day.I was only able to eat a couple of bites.<br />

I am so glad to be able to eat and drink again! In reality I knew I could go for a long time with out eating or drinking, but I was really scared I was going to have complications. My children were such a blessing. They really helped take care of not only themselves but me too. I am one proud mom with a very dirty house! lol They had park clean up at their after school program and my son found one of those Chinese hand stress balls and wrapped it to give me, so Id feel better, he is so sweet.<br />

I plan on going shopping today And buying some no carb foods. I apparently did not get the memo that I should have done that before I started not after. Also a big issue is all the bad food in my house I cant get rid of it, their are 3 other ppl in my house that eats it.<br />

I had a light bulb go off I am going to get my own cabinet and my own shelves in the fridge and freezer!<br />

I was at least going to the gym, swimming, and playing racket-ball twice a week. But I haven't even done that this week.<br />

Good news is the gym wasn't so bad. In fact it was good. I really liked the treadmill and can see how I could challenge myself a lil more every time I go. The elliptical was good stayed on longer than I thought I could. The weight machines I really like, well at least the ones I know how to use. Some of them look very complicated. But I have a goal to learn to use those by ppl watching.<br />
<br />
I took my 10 year old for his check up he was 5'4 and 157lbs and a BMI of 27. To be in the normal (High normal) He needs to lose 17lbs. I always feel ppl think I pick on my son about his weight, they say it is because he is a "growing boy" But I just feel like I am looking out for him and his well-being. I dont want him to be like me but really he is so for us I have to change.<br />
<br />
I have been so out of touch even with myself, I have made no list hardly cleaned my house and just basically been running the roads the last 2 months. I really need to get it together! My house is not bad but it has not been good either. The last couple of days I have been cleaning a lot more so not finished but almost. I just need to keep it that way.<br />
<br />
One thing I have decided is that my youngest (he is 9) need to clean the bathroom daily! He pees on the toilet and floor! Talk about nasty!!! I really dont get how he misses he came out with a huge thingy, had all the nurses talking, so I know it not that he cant grab it and aim! But from now on he will be on hands and knees cleaning that bathroom. He is old enough to know better even with his ADHD and PDD.<br />

I love my energy lately and hope it keeps up. I have been drinking a lot less coke like 1 huge glass a day instead of a 2 liter. Also my husband is on board with this! He even may be doing better than me! I am not for sure yet as he is out of the house 30 plus hours a week. If that wasnt hard enough for him his work has a soda machine he can have as much as he wants for free. So I am not sure how much he is drinking if any.<br />
