 I am still fat af! But not as fat as my last post!!!
January 1st 2019 me and my (New husband) went Keto! We ate great for over 5 months and yall know me I didnt lose shit! My husband Wes lost over 50lbs in just the first couple of months! Boy is he a sexy beast of a man!!! I've always loved big guys but he just gets sexier by the day. I'm so blessed yall!!

Hoping to start back on our diet soon. I hate being off and eating junk when we where doing so well! I have officially lost over 100lbs according to my fitness pal. I started MFP in 2008 at 367. Definitely not my highest weight, which I think was in the 420's. I'll post a pic. So ya I'm sitting at 263 right now and that's great from where I started but I still feel like a whale of a whale. 😂

I'd really like to use this platform to set some goals and just talk about life and of course post pictures, lots of pictures!

Self Sabotage!

Why do I self sabotage myself? Why is everytime  I get closer to being out of the 300"s I binge till I get back to my starting weight? I feel like a whale! I'm still down to 314 from 329 but I feel heavier than ever! I've been eating kinda paleo for like 3 or 4 months. I don't think I'll ever go back to eating crap again. I just have this awesome mind set that its just not gonna happen. Kinda like when I quit soda and tea and cigarettes. My exercising is crap!! I'm doing good in the gym but it's getting to the gym... Even if I say I'm going to go I just never get there. I'm getting a lot better at running on the treadmill!! Getting up to 6 mph!!!!I need to set goals and stick with them. I really need to get my head together and take my meds every single day! MFP needs to become my best friend!

Well It's been a minute! I'm still fat and living my life on the scales! Im doing a low carb/paleo/starving diet! :-) Ive been stuck at 330 for awhile, down to 312 in the last 42 days i've been dieting. All I have to say is, I'm HUNGRY!!!! lol

I wish I was like other ppl who could go on a diet and lose weight with just a little change. Not me Between my PCOS, T2 Diabetes, and my thyroid I don't have it as easy. All 3 of those diagnoses make ppl gain weight. :-( I just want to be a normal person. Without all the health issues and obstacles.  

I did determine that I am indeed a food addict and I have cut out all foods that exasperate those symptoms. I made a pact that I would cut them out forever which is scary to say that!!! To never have bread? To never have sugar? WOW thats scary stuff!

I'm not as hungry all the time but i'm still hungry a lot especially as i'm taking my meds that reduce my appetite! They also make me calm and not so bitchy! lol SO I&…

Grilled chicken 2 eggs and a lil bacon.
Bacon grilled chicken with butter and hot sauce.
Now what I am feeding my kids. Mushrooms, olives, strawberry, pineapple,  grapes, and some wheat cracker chips

I am not to pleased with all the bread I am giving my kids, But my oldest son had a low sugar spell when I went full on paleo on him, and it really worried me so now I am just going to take the bread away a lot slower and give more fruit.

Low and no carb Breakfast!

My weight was back up this a.m. To 336, although I did not eat much yesterday. I did have some cheese just because I was hungry and wanting a snack. I need to hit up the store for a lot of meat and veggies. I will cook meat for me and a relaxed Paleo type diet for my kids.

I have been walking on my treadmill every day a quarter of a mile in 5 min about a 3mph pace. Thank gosh the dang thing can hold my fat butt! lol Its weight limit is 275lbs! woops! My kids use it a lot also! I
am definitely getting my $30 worth that is for sure. 

I got my treadmill off a facebook yard sale website. She wanted 150 obo I offered $50 and because she did not know how to use it she said I could have it for $30. Score! They still sell it at overstock.com for around 550 I think it was. I love the fact that it folds up!


That is my TKO punching bag and jump rope behind the treadmill I use them a few times a week.
