Going for a walk.

I am going on a walk this morning and it is almost 30 degrees outside. I am going to try to get back on track today! It is a new day and a new month! This month is not only Christmas it is also the month I turn the big 3-0 as in thirty! I want a new style of life so I can have thirty more years and watch my grand kids grow up that would be awesome.

Wow has it been a red hot minute!                                         Hey Hey  I am still fat af! But not as fat as my last post!!! January 1st 2019 me and my (New husband) went Keto! We ate great for over 5 months and yall know me I didnt lose shit! My husband Wes lost over 50lbs in just the first couple of months! Boy is he a sexy beast of a man!!! Rewiring

Ok so I got way way off track for the last month! I am kicking my self for being so close to the 200's and not fighting tooth and nail to get their. I am so upset that I have gained weight. Last time I weighed I was 321 again! Now I am to afraid to step on the scale until I rewire my brain. What sucks the most is my largest strugal is still soda! Oh it makes me so upset. It a drink. I drink water and love it so why the big issue with soda? I cant stand that this one thing has this huge hold on me. Well I went and weighed myself mid post and I was at 317lbs. A lot better than I thought Id be! I need a plan. I want to go to the gym but I have a very valid excuse right now and it was caused by all of my massive sugar intake. Not gonna go tmi on ya! Unless you ask me in the comments. That way you can decide to read it or not lol

Oh So Happy!!!!

Know what I weigh? 334! And that was after breakfast! That is 5lbs down in 2 days! wahoo! I hope like crazy this is real weight loss and it keeps going down. I don't even mind if it go's really slow. I just know any is better than none or a gain! Today is gonna be an awesome day food wise. I have those beef short ribs (heaven), and I have a turkey ready to go in the oven! I was gonna save it for thanksgiving but my husband said lets cook it, so who am I to argue! I am gonna eat the crap out that turkey. My mom is on a low-carb diet so I think Ill give her some as well. This is my Turkey recipe and I would never stray from it, it is that good!
